• I would like to sell my property fast but I am unsure what I still owe on the mortgage?
  Don't worry about a thing. Once our solicitors have your details, they will do a check to find out exactly how much you owe.
  
  
• When will I need to leave my property?
  Our service offers tailor made deals to suit you so we can arrange any completion date you like. Alternatively, we can offer a quick cash sale then rent back the property to you for a long or short period of time or until you are ready to move on.
  
  
• I don't have a home information pack?
  No worries, there is no need to have one when selling your property to us.
  
  
• Do I need a solicitor?
  Yes but we will sort that out for you. We have our team of solicitors working alongside us to ensure a smooth and fast sale. We also cover all the the legal fees.
  If you would like to use your own solicitor though, that would be fine. We will still pay their fees.
  
  
• What if I don't accept your offer?
  That's ok too. We will make you an offer for your property which will stand for 30 days. You are free to get back to us any time within that period
